The four-day celebration began with the mehendi ceremony at the bride's family home in Dehiwala, progressed through the sangeet night at the hotel, and culminated in a five-hour ceremony witnessed by 250 guests. Araliya Events coordinated every detail across all four days — timing the agni homa (sacred fire) rituals with the city's power schedules, managing 34 separate vendor confirmations, and ensuring the pandit's requirements were met precisely.
The mandap was a cathedral of marigolds and white jasmine, lit by 400 individually placed candles. Both families wept together. It was everything.
